  3. Audio Recordings: If you use our audio-to-text transcription feature, your audio is sent to a third-party provider, replicate.com, solely for transcription.
  4. Automatically Collected Information: We do not currently use cookies or analytics tools. However, we may log certain technical data (such as IP address) if required for server security or error logs.

3. How We Use Your Data

  1. Service Delivery: To provide and maintain our songwriting assistance features, including rhyme dictionary, syllable counter, beat annotation, and transcription.
  2. Account Management: To create and manage user accounts and authenticate logins.
  3. Service Improvement: We may use anonymized or aggregated User Content to improve and train our tools, such as rhyme detection or transcription accuracy. We will not publicly display or share your personal data for such improvements.
  4. Communications: To respond to your inquiries or send you updates about the Service (if you have opted to receive such communications).

  1. Contract: We process your email address and password as part of performing our contract with you—providing access to your account and the Service.

  1. Account Data: We retain your account data (email) as long as you maintain an account with us.
  2. User Content: We store your text-based User Content as long as you choose to keep it on our platform. You can delete your User Content at any time by contacting us or using available tools within the Service.
  3. Audio Recordings: We do not retain audio recordings; they are temporarily processed by replicate.com for transcription purposes only.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Subject to local law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
